● Managed international cross-company team to develop a low-cost surgical dental implant and drill system. Developed and performed tests of 20+ implant variations for drill chatter, torque transmission, and high cycle fatigue to inform R&D group of desired component modifications.
● Stabilized a high-throughput engineering lab by proactively planning and setting priorities across 10+ competing projects and managing resource allocation and workflow for 2 technicians.
● Built scalable data systems that compiled 5000+ company test results dating back to the 1980s into a searchable, filtered dashboard that reflected the current lab test queue, results, and test status.

● Directed 50+ contractors to deliver a $75M automation project on time and under budget via Lean IPD; realized $600K+ in savings and scaled the model across 7 nationwide sites.
● Led 26 concurrent site projects, maintaining 24-hour operational continuity during construction
